RESUME
Received three major degrees at once in Business Administration, Economics & Psychology and a minor in Mathematics from Koc University with full scholarship in 2003.
In 2006, she completed Industrial / Organizational Psychology Masters Program with full fellowship and her M.A. thesis on “The Institutionalization Perceptions of the Middle-Sized Family Businesses in Turkey.”
Between 2002 and 2006, she worked as an instructor of Calculus for Engineers (Math102), Statistics (Math201), Introduction to Economics (Econ200) and Introduction to Psychology (Psyc100).
From 2006 to 2014, Canacik worked as a consultant, coach, project manager and corporate trainer in DBE (Davranış Bilimleri Enstitüsü) – Institute for Behavioral Sciences.
She managed hundreds of projects on Competency Based HR System Building, Employee Engagement Research, Assessment & Development Centers, 360 degrees Feedback projects in many sectors such as banking, Fmcg, automative both in local and global scopes.
She's been giving trainings to large-sized firms in 50+ different topics including “Leading Y Generation” , “Talent Management”, “Self-motivation” etc.
In 2012, she published a black-humor book called “How to lose your employees in 50 fabulous ways” which mentions the importance of employee engagement.
Canacik has been working as a freelance coach & trainer since August 2014. She is also working on her PhD thesis in Management & Organization department at Bahcesehir University, Istanbul.
